Love the app just a few suggestions
My favorite thing about this app is that the little encouragements that make you feel proud of yourself no matter what you achieve, kind of like a friend who is looking out for you. I like that its more health oriented rather than weight loss oriented. Although I would suggest maybe adding a little bit of a food journal, not to count calories or portions or anything but just something to keep track of what youre eating and maybe how it makes you and your body feel. I just think that sort of mindfulness would go well with the app.
