Crashes and makes my phone freeze

When will this get fixed? Otherwise I want my money back and Ill buy a Fit Bit.
I have installed the updates, but am still unable to use my Leaf. I am extremely disappointed. Bellabeat has not communicated any updates which is very unprofessional.
