What App?

For a company that was responsive before I got my leaf all I am left with now is a pretty necklace. The promised bracelet did not ship and no matter what I did to connect the leaf it has not worked. Even a full phone reset. I have even downloaded this app three times! I was really looking forward to this and told so many friends. If the company doesnt get it to work and to date I havent heard anything back from them then I will be telling everyone that this doesnt work at all!!!
